Our Return Policy

You may return your item within 30 days from the ship date. If more than 14 days have passed, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund.

Shipping Concerns

If your order:

• Arrives later than expected

• Comes damaged

• Or is lost in transit

Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can assist you and make things right.

Returning an Item

If you choose to return your item:

• You’ll be responsible for shipping the item back to our supplier

• Please make sure the item is returned in its original condition

Once we receive your return, we’ll take care of the rest.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

• Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable

• Allow a few business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
